Jill has recently joined Americare At Home;an Epic Health Services Company providing exceptional home nursing care for both the behaviorial health and pediatric markets.

As their Client Relations Director for Western Massachusetts, Jill will work with hospital discharge planners, case managers and physicians to determine the best home care services for the patient.
